MELISSA RIBILLIA, PASTRY CHEF.
Melissa has dedicated her time and resources to her passion of bakery for the last 10 years.
Melissa was working as a pastry chef when she received her first birthday cake at the age of 22. Her husband and her coworker created a delicious strawberry shortcake and that was the reason she began to create Cakes & Desserts for others celebrations. She knew personally the meaning and importance a cake can bring to someone.

Even after developing a severe allergy of gluten, this did not stop her from bringing smiles to those she serves.
